  the only coffee shop I get my coffee every time I shop at Tanger. Like their wraps as well. Got served by Hassan who was very helpful

  First time here. Me and my brother had a coffee and white hit chocolate with cookies. The prices are really expensive and the cookies were rock hard. The white hot Chocolate was also “warm” and not that hot. The coffee was ok though.

  Had a terrible experience at this cafe, and if I had read others’ review I would have avoided it. It would have been a good place but the staffs just ruined it. Very unprofessional and lack of hygiene awareness. First the cashier gave us the wrong item and had an attitude like it was our fault. While we were enjoying our coffee another cashier cranked up the music because he was in the mood but it was so loud that we couldn't stay there anymore. On my way out, I caught him casually grabbing a cookie and stuff it in his mouth... seriously?! I feel bad for the owner that a cafe was turned into a party house with free cookies.

  Great Location at Tangers, but that is also the down side. Too much volume and the two staff can't cope with the volume as the service was very slow. However, the staff remained polite, even when some customers were inpatient.

  Tried the Chicken Florentine Crepe!! OMG it was heaven on earth! The best I had in Ottawa!!! This Nestle Toll House in Tanger outlest is the best!! Highly recommended!!!!!
