  I recently had a great experience when renting a car from the Palladium Enterprise location. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to explain everything I needed to know about the car rental.

  I got a Jeep Grand Cherokee this week. When I got it it was still dirty on the inside. Part way through the week I called to switch the vehicle due to the high gas consumption. I dealt with Ahmed and he was really great! He rectified the situation with the cleanliness and got me into a more fuel efficient vehicle. I am grateful for their great service!

  After getting into an accident I received a rental from enterprise. They were quick to set me up after my $100 deposit being very clear I will be receiving my deposit back 1-5 business days after returning the car. The car was inspected and everything was good.

  Horrible service, nasty selection of cars (Lancer or Micra were my too choices), next to no cars with snow tires. My car didn't have it's FM antenna, headlight improperly aligned, touchy breaks, windshield sprayers not setup properly, and over all just a very crappy ride. It was the Lanser. Staff were argumentative, uninterested, and generally not very friendly.
