  I showed up with agonizing tooth pain. I had been up all night and taken every painkiller in the house. They brought me in right away and the dentist put freezing in for me before he even did the x-rays. I was really shaky and out of it so they covered me with a warm blanket and let me rest in one of the vacant chairs. They called around and got me set up with an oral surgeon to take out the tooth. They even checked on me every few minutes to make sure I was ok. This office went above and beyond providing me with the highest level of care. Thank you very much and I would recommend this office highly to everyone.

  I did wake up with a bad non bearable tooth ache I drove to Hazeldean dental as they advertised they accept emergency patients I waited for over and hour to get seen which is ok, they took couple of xrays and scheduled me for next week...WHAT THE HELL I'M IN PAIN NOW....why would you accept me if you won't treat me....they charged me for xrays and the PLAN....I went to Dr Robert Jack who scheduled me at 1:00pm but due to the pain I was going through I was there at 12:00pm so he welcomed me asked me to come in and freeze my tooth and covered me to rest and continued working with his other patient and what a comfort that was. Then he treated me on the spot because he understood the pain I was going through I did not have to wait a WEEK... He only needed one xray to diagnose not 2 ...Not like the Dr. Romanowski from Hazeldean Dental who saw me in pain took his money and sent me home with prescription of pain killer the didn't stop the pain!!

  I have been attended by the team at Hazeldean Dental for many years. I have always been treated with respect and care. The front end team make a welcoming first impression by always greet you with a smile and a few words of welcome. Roxanne has been my hygienist for many years and I think her professionalism and dedication to my teeth is excellent (better than I take care of my teeth!). She has always been friendly and looks out for my overall oral wellness with care.

  From the moment I step into their office, I'm met with efficient, thorough, and compassionate care. On my latest visit, Dr. Tamaru and her assistant Lorrie explained every step of the work they were doing and checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable with each component before proceeding. Dr. Tamaru was gentle and conscientious of her work, so I felt very little discomfort compared to other dentists I've visited. I followed this with a cleaning by Diane, who was also precise and gentle, and provided just the right amount of conversation. At the end of each of these appointments, all options were summarized and I was welcomed to ask more questions. What I was most pleased with was the feeling that I was not being pressured; all viable options were presented for my issues, regardless of cost. The front desk staff greeted me with smiles and quick care before and after. I really have never been more impressed by a dental centre. Highly recommend!

  Staff is very friendly and helpful. The insurance claim forms confuse the heck out of me...so glad that front desk ladies are always there to guide me!
