  Went to this clinic on a Saturday morning, as the one I usually go to stopped taking walk-ins at 11am. I was a little apprehensive going to this one after reading the recent reviews but both the receptionist and doctor were kind, courteous and helpful. Waiting time was about 1 hour but that was no big deal for me.

  Inept, incompetent and uncaring. You go to a walk in clinic during walk in hours and they tell you to come back earlier next time. You go back much much earlier and they tell you they cannot accommodate walk in patients for immunizations. A medical clinic who only caters to their own patients for practically a 10 second procedure. Unbelievable. These people should not work in health care. There is no care and empathy from any of them. Avoid this place.

  It's about 2 p.m. and my issue was sorted in about 10 mins at the queensway after a 1.25 hour wait.

  I even didn't visit the clinic. After reading people's review in the Google, simply called their phone number. The recorded voice I heard over phone (most likely she is that 'famous' receptionist) sounds very COLD, COMMANDING and RUDE scale. I am not going there.

  Absolute joke. The receptionist was extremely unpleasant, unprofessional and completely indifferent. She should not work in a place that requires human interactions, especially in a health care setting. She should be in a field, by herself, picking potatoes. The clinic advertises walk-in hours on their site. They are also very firm on not answering the phones on the weekend. When I arrived, I was informed that they are not accepting outside patients for walk-ins for the rest of the day. Just like that. I was told to try the next day (Sunday) to see if they will accept me. I would have to drive there again and take a chance because they will not answer the phones. Apparently there is no telling when they will decide to cut off outside patients. Judging from the reviews, this happens all the time. Without wasting any time, the maximum security prison guard sitting in the receptionist chair told me to just go to the hospital (without a clue of the reason why I was there ). Don't be fooled by their large, modern facility. You'd probably get better care in a shed, in a third world country, from a rabid one-eyed monkey. At least you would be seen, even if with just one eye.

  Im writing this because the one lady was just rude when she turned me away. I would bring up the online times and the business voicemail not indicating any of these changes and she would say

  Having some bad luck the day I was in a scurry to find the nearest clinic . For the hours listed on Saturday was open till 4 or 5 I decided to call to make sure. That voicemail says we do not answer the phones on weekends but we do accept walk in's on the weekend during the listed hours.
