  We have enjoyed several visits to the Urban Barn, and think they have a great variety of interesting items and reasonable prices. The store is well worth a visit, and easy to get to, with plenty of parking.

  I have been to Urban Barn in Stittsville twice this week (as well as in the past) and every time I’ve been it’s been a positive experience, whether I’ve made a purchase or not. Very friendly and helpful staff!

  We love our new kitchen table! The sales person who helped us Ligia was awesome. She absolutely knew all about the products we were interested in and was so helpful from start to finish. We will definitely be coming back for more!

  I love this store but they never have any furniture in stock (i.e./ accent tables or other small items) and I have to wait at least two weeks to get it and then I have to drive to their warehouse to pick up and it's a bit far for me. The first time I bought furniture it took me three months to get it, second time right on two weeks but it was badly damaged. Now I'm waiting for replacements and I have to wait close to another month. Other than that, the people working at the store are super friendly and welcoming.

  The issue was not with the product, but with the shipping/delivery. Once we were told that it was to be back-ordered, we were told that it would be in 2-3 from a certain dates so we would the chairs before Christmas. Well it actually was 6 weeks after the date given to us. Then there was the issue of the lack of customer support on the part of the store, the web site (email) and the call-in customer service. Even after numerous attempts of contacting any of these, we were pretty much left in the dark as to what was happening. I finally got help from the local warehouse and within a few hours we were told when we would receive our chairs (05/01/2018). There needs to be a better communication system between the local store, the warehouse in Vancouver, the web site contact people and the customer help phone line (which is actually in the U.S.). The 2 stars are for the product.
