  We went to pick up the damaged suit tonight, and was so surprised . 1) even though with the damage, they still charge us the cleaning fee. 2) the jacket was damaged so.badly. It looks ugly, definitely unacceptable after tailoring".

  Then, we received phone call from Dry Cleaner today, saying the pants are ok, but the jacket was damaged by their machine. The only option is to shorten the jacket, that the jacket would still be useful.

  Very bad experience. They do not respect their time frame and will still charge you te full price, some of my shirts were still wrinkly.

  Received compensation. Even though, it is much lower than replacement cost. But, at least, there is compensation.

  I would give zero star if I could. The employees at this location are extremely rude and unhelpful. Was treated without respect the entire experience, from giving them the item to picking up. My item was not cleaned and when confronted with the employee, I was told that it was my fault for getting my coat dirty and it's not their responsibility to clean it (so what is their responsibility? Making burgers?). I asked to talk to a manager and was told that there was no manager and I can call the head office if I wanted to. I called the head office and was told that they had no idea where the person in charge was. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!
