I cannot believe the efforts my physiotherapist did to help me and I'm forever grateful

Without being judgmental, I can say now I was most disappointed even after calling the owner hoping to know why is the injury but nobody in this clinic could give me a knowledgeable answer. Instead, I was told "what a poking can do" and "you need to see your doctor" while I did go see my doctor who was not able to help with this at all.

The only treatment I got after was to be put on a machine, without knowing actually where and why the injury was caused. And they expected me to come back with my insurance coverage because "this is just part of the risk". I didn't have the confidence so I stopped going. At some point when I kept up with my daily swimming the symptom was alleviated. But life is busy, now I am still trying to see someone for this.

I thought about suing but just didn't have the energy to do and not familiar with the process. (I think they got lucky on this) . And suing cannot heal my back.

Two years ago, when I had a pain from one exercise i (made a mistake) went back to see them. Because that physiotherapist is not knowledgeable about this injury on the spine she just strongly poked that spot causing more lasting pain and the injury was worsened.
