  We have bought and sold five houses in the Ottawa area. This is our first time dealing with David and Marie. They are without a doubt the best agents we have had the pleasure of working with. They are very honest professional and trustworthy. The staging and pictures of our home were exceptional. In our case our home sold in 10 days and the new one was purchased within the following week. All this was done while we were on a cruise in the Caribbean, no small feat. Throughout the negotiations for both homes, David kept us fully informed and capably guided us through the docu sign procedures.   A fantastic team! Went above and beyond to get my spouse and I all of the information we needed when moving to Ottawa. David is by far the most helpful and honest realtor I have ever met. As first time home buyers, we had lots of questions. David made the process as straightforward as it could be and I am now living with my spouse in an amazing house!
