  Food good as usual, but drive through wait unacceptable. It seems they have a new system where they get as many cars as possible to place their orders, then they hold them all in line until they have all their orders ready on the counter. Then 5-6 cars quickly flush through -- but not before the poor sap in front has waited the better part of 20 minutes. Cars behind the waiting cars wait a long time to order, then the next flurry of orders is quickly taken before they become the cars waiting for their orders. Longest drive through line wait of my life! Was acceptable once. Won't come back until they abandon this new procedure.

  Went to pick up a whole chicken for dinner so went to the drive through and never again unless there is no car ahead. The car ahead ordered chicken and 2 hamburgers so after a 11 min wait they finally got her order meanwhile everyone was left to wait with their meals getting cold while the hamburgers were made. They need a place to pull over and wait like McDonalds so the rest of the chicken orders can pick theirs up. If there had been a place to pass I would have left. 11 min after I looked at the clock is unacceptable. Or better yet if you know you are ordering something that would take a while to make have the curtesy to go inside and wait. Not impressed with the take out at this location.

  Not impressed! We ended up sitting in an area on the left side as you enter the restaurant. It was extremely cold and very bright lights and the chairs were uncomfortable. Seems like this is where they put the overflow of their valuable customers.
