  Staff were previously able to accommodate gluten free diets and were capable of preparing a meal without gluten contamination. They now refer clients to a web site and do not appear to have training or awareness for those requiring gluten-free meals. This is a significant step backwards.

  Always great food and fast service. They're happy to customize your order. I recommend ordering the Baconator, then requesting tomato, lettuce and whatever other veggies you want. They're free. The closest thing to that is the Dave's Double Deluxe, similarly priced, with out the bacon. Trust me, you won't regret it.

  Slowest service in the history of time. Like what takes so long. GO to MacDonald’s instead. If you don’t want to sit for an hour for your food.

  We were placing our eat in order but the girl kept correcting our order and eventually got it wrong after all. It was a complete disappointment and not what we wanted. The tables section was disgusting. None of the tables had been wiped down and the floor, yikes! Food, napkins, cash register receipts and packaging were strewn all over the floor throughout the restaurant. The attached Tim Horton's was spotless by comparison.
