  I purchased a pair of Sorel boots from this store and they went on sale for $40 less not even a week after. I spoke to the cashier and explained that I should be reimbursed for the difference as this is within their 30 days policy and the boots are not worn. The cashier treated me with horrible attitude and brought her manager. She was also very rude and declined my refund. I will never buy from them again.

  Their customer service is horrible because i was asking for two pairs of boots but they were being rude about it and was getting mad when i said i wanted two pairs to try on. i don't recommend this shoe store.

  “We have your size but can’t get to the boxes” and on top of that she says can you get back next week. That was the worst service I have ever seen. WOW

  DONT DO IT! I bought boots on their website, specifically picking a pair that said they would be ready to pick up in an hour. But alas, an hour after ordering I got an email saying they weren't actually in stock and they would have to ship them. I was told I would get them in 3-5 days. Well, a week went by, still no call. So I went into the store, they were there but no one called. Unfortunately, when I opened the box, they looked worn and they had a scratch. So I was told they would be replaced... I would just have to wait for another couple of days for another pair to be shipped... Well here we are, 16 days, and three bootless snowstorms later... still no sign... I asked for a refund but you couldnt even give me a refund until the boots arrive... Called your customer serivce, you graciously offered me a 15% discount on the next shoes I buy with your company... as if I'm crazy enough to ever buy anything from them again. I'm still chasing a refund, another customer service representative just blamed me basically saying that's what I get for purchasing boots a month before Christmas... WTH???? If you are considering buying from SoftMoc... DONT DO IT...
