  This place isn't what it used to be. Hazeldean mall used to be absolutely booming, And ever since stores started closing down, I don't really have the need to go anymore. There are quite a few units in this Mall that need to be leased out to independent or chain operated establishments, But I believe as time goes on and stores open, This mall will definitely have it's passion and Great reputation it used to

  Hazeldean Mall is an excellent place to spend some time in winter. The place is very clean and not too busy. There is a comfortable food corner for coffer or lunch and dinner. A group of people walk there in the morning for exercise before the mall is open. Right now there is a Santa booth for kids to take pictures. There is a donation based Christmas Gift Wrapping Service until Christmas eve.

  [Update] Sadly the food court is pretty much non-existent anymore (almost all food vendors have shutdown) and they’ve stopped doing the fireplace. Staff is still nice though. Dropping to 3 stars.

  It's a nice mall, very pretty, and a great atmosphere... But after the Zellers and subsequently the Target shut down it's really been dwindling in terms of popularity, as well as the shops in the humble little mall. This place really is wonderful, but it needs a new center piece to pull it back into relevancy

  The meat department is by far the most helpful when it comes to needing special cuts, different packaging or information about preparation, etc., it it nice to actually have staff in the store that know the job they are doing! Yay butchers.
