It’s okay. Large, good place for hockey. But obviously overpriced food and drinks etc. Plus it’s in a very odd location, not close to any hotels, restaurants anything really. Just right beside the high way.

Concession prices are absolutely outrageous, they have some of the highest prices I have ever seen in every venue I've been to. I used to be able to bring $20 and feed myself for an entire hockey game. $20 now barely gets you anything when it comes to food and drink. I feel as if the venue needs to reevaluate its food and beverages costs, also ticket prices as well.

Venue is fantastic, seats are comfortable. I do wish they had more leg room but I am a very tall individual so I realize the world is not designed for those over 6'0".

We had a blast! Decent parking, reasonable pricing and very friendly staff. We were there to see the Bruins play. We were very nervous going to an opponents home center but everyone was so nice. Even the Ottawa fans! Can't wait to go back.

It is far for great entertainment. 20$ for parking with a big welcome to an event is high on a middle class budget. I will say that I am impress with the variety among their concessions. They have your favourites from Hot dogs to even Kale Salad. They have the Bell Club that you will be treated like a V.I.P. Except for little issues, I love going and being a part of world class sport and entertainment. You should experience it. Have a great time.

Attended the Ottawa Senators - Buffalo Sabres game last night. It was a good experience. However, refused to buy any food or drinks because of the outrageous prices. We ate at Panda Garden before we came. Personally, nothing against the Ottawa Senators, but Eugene Mylnyk is failing to provide fans with a decent game day experience with the tarped up seats that could easily sell for $15/seat to bring in more fans. This was my first Senators game for the first time in four years and noticed the Sens store was all Ottawa Senators apparel and nothing but Ottawa Senators apparel. However, if you look at other NHL team stores, you have a selection of teams.

Wonder why attendance is starting to drop? People don't want to pay astronomical prices for hockey. Families can barely afford the 300s (where most of the true fans end up) and yet the 100s are full of stuffy business people who can barely be bothered to cheer when anything exciting happens.
